stayed at burgos for seven days. kakamiss yung food sa isda market at lokal 🥺 will definitely go back to siargao kapag may pera na ulit. bait bait rin ng mga staff ng resort ❤

Im going there evethough the small town where i grew up is very similar to Siargao LOL sadly hindi pa kasi nadedevelop ang potential ng probinsya namin :( Kaya for now, hidden gem muna ito.

I bring relief to people who wants to live vicariously through my videos. it's like they're with me in Siargao! I understand that you don't get it, but my REAL subscribers do. :)

@@eunicebelting But Siargao is super Gentrified. Almost all business owners there are not from Siargao and most of them are not even Filipinos. They should stop promoting it as it attracts more privileged people from Manila and westerners. The local community will later be forced to leave the island as land value and cost of living increases because of the investments made by non-locals. Same thing that happened to Boracay in the 80s and 90s when the aetas was forced to move out. They should follow Sagada where they don't allow foreign investors and only promote homegrown businesses by Sagada locals. As for his content if he really wants to bring value to what he uploads... Instead of persuading people to go live there he should have made a video showing why gentrification is a problem in Siargao. He should have also tackled the problem in waste disposal and healthcare instead of just showing the lavish life of the privileged people who moved there.

@@dgmanila But your videos are out of touch with the reality in Siargao. You sugar-coated it so much without mentioning the issues being faced by the island. Look at Erwan's Siargao vlogs and see how he talked about the problems in the island instead of promoting it to attract more foreigners and the upper class. He actually used his platform to ask people how they can contribute in fixing the issues of the island. That is content with value & not just making people feel like they are on a vacation with you.
