MBA is far better than MCom as it focuses on holistic business needs and allows you to specialise in any one business discipline. While MCom will allow you to focus on any one subject of commerce. MBA is always best and preferred for Job Opportunities.

Dreamer guy if MBA is your passion you should try to do it from TIER-1/2 colleges of India or abroad. You can prepare for CAT, just take into consideration your current level and the level of competition. Put in efforts accordingly.
