Күн бұрынFrom almost giving up with sourcing from Vinted at the end of last year to taking a deep breath and giving it another go, I'm pleased to report I've finally made it work for me. Here's what I've been purchasing to resell on eBay; it's fast-paced and a rollercoaster of emotions but the end product can be excellent with persistence, and a slice of good fortune!

I sell on vinted EU, mostly high end and y2k stuff, but i also sell a small amount in shall we say bulk into the UK market , its an interesting job and theres always something new to learn or find

That's good to know. They'd be ideal for a Tough Mudder type event but I'll likely stick them on as an auction and see where they go.

be careful with sourcing from vinted as quite a lot of fakes can pass the authenticity test :)

I've been a little apprehensive about a couple of purchases but so far, all seems well, fingers crossed! But yes, there are so many dodgy pairs on there it's crazy!

How do you pay tax on selling

I sort all my expenses through Quickbooks, as well as keeping tabs on a separate Excel spreadsheet. The payment goes directly through HMRC when I've calculated all my expenses.

Which quick book version do you use?

@@malcolmsmith8570 I use the basic one, Self Employed I think it’s called. I don’t use many of the features, predominantly the receipt capturing function and the ability to run tax reports over a given timespan.
