Highly agree with the 3rd things, iOS got delayed so long. Also I think that Minimax tend to create levels that syncs with the soundtrack, such as Lab Confidential, Interstellar Leap, Crisscross and now is Dinosaur Valley. As a dancer I really love this trend, but it’s harder to record because the levels must go so smooth :)))

Fun Fact: all the Mimai Levels have different level creators in the official team, where the relatively "bad" levels are created by the inexperienced ones, and AJR and HC were built by a member who used to create levels in the past Cm RS. That's why Pin this pls

2:37 I definitely agree with this point here. None of the mechanics are bad, but they could’ve at least been spaced out instead of all in the first 30%. Also, I find your “too many mechanics” point a tad bit ironic since your Lovefool level is choc-full of them, but I don’t mind since that’s level is still well-done.

i actually kinda like DV, the shake effect is a bit too harsh but it works great for the part at 60% and adds a lot of intensity tho i agree with you, minimax should focus more on quality than quantity with these updates, otherwise the levels might get worse

Just to be clear: I DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN LEVEL-MAKING IN MOST OF MY VIDEOS THAT I UPLOAD! I only help record the levels and upload them to my youtube channel (Indeed gained perms from the orig creator to do so). Any level, or any thing that exists out there still can have spaces for improvement. Please don't recognize my videos or the levels I post as "Subjectively perfect", because it's not entirely/there is room for improvement. I only post those levels to help promote those creators with their levels. I also don't think its the base style, it's more just that its accepted and used the most by everyone that it has developed into the "base style of making", You can definitely try out different combinations and gameplay ideas with your gameplay.

Personally, i really love Dinosaur Valley, but there are 2 problems I have with the level. The first one is that they used too much old levels features, and the gameplay feels quite messy, which you've already said. And the second one is the name, i feel like the name could've been better. But other than those 2 problems, I really love the level, and I also really love the soundtrack.

The only thing I hate about lab confidential and mutation crisis is that they don’t play the soundtrack in the menu. If that’s how most of the co-creation levels are going to be then I could see some amount of people disliking them just for that. But otherwise it’s good, they just need to allow the soundtracks to play on the menu

I personally agree with you. Dinosaur Valley is a great level! But the thing is, if they keep releasing multiple levels, then the newest one looks messy or its just too much which what exactly happened in Dinosaur Valley. Maybe i think it would be better if only release one level at a time. Like for example, monster city, goblin town, AJR, temple fair, Horizon Cruise, interstellar leap, Chess Fortress, crisscross, and now finally Dinosaur Valley. Bonus 39 to me kinda sounds like it should never gave existed, not in a way that I hate it, I love it! But it was unesscary to add it. And my other thing is is that um what you said about how they should focus on main levels instead, i think that whould also be great. They can still do co creation, but not too much.

I've always thought that the routes were messy and the second theme looked like someone just inverted the colors of the first one.

I honestly felt Dinosaur Valley was rushed and it's kinda obvious, the slammed so many different mechanics early on in the level but after the first color theme change, there really isn't much outside the random gem and the flying section. The first section is just so over bearing, I feel the level might have been better if they at least spread each mechanic through out the whole level as it feels they tried too hard in the beginning and didn't do jack sh!t in the middle - end. If they just removed the mechanic that came from American Football, that would have made the level better as that mechanic never feels consistent when I play and its freaken annoying, didn't like it in AF, definitely did not like it here. Also glad I'm not the only one who hated the red section, it was so hard to see anything.

I've to say that MiniMax has two route designers (Zhang & AJRer) All except Goblin Town and Dinosaur Valley are designed by AJRer. So I don't think Dinosaur Valley is competitive with other levels.

Ill just say right now with the thing you brought up about them shoving too many levels into 1 update it for sure shows with this one. Crisscross is miles better than DV which really says to me that the team took more time with it than DV.

Dinosaur Valley and Chess Fortress were both better than both AJR and Horizon Cruise imo. I kinda liked how they reused a bunch of old mechanics is Dinosaur Valley although I do feel that certain parts of the gp were rushed and could’ve been constructed better. I don’t like the shake effect honestly but I really don’t see what’s that wrong with the red dinosaur theme. Sorry but I did not like this video :/
