People, read the 21 teachings of dokkodo! Even if you are not willing to live by them, reding them in itself will be a victory over lesser man Here's a better idea: each day, pick one rule and dedicate some time on thinking about it. Like meditation. Figuring out what tgey mean or how to interpretate them to YOUR lives. If you can do it every day, through all 21, you will alredy be a so-called "man of discipline" "a thousand days of lessons on discipline, ten thousand days of lessons on mastery." -I think you alredy know who said that :)
