King Charles III is now officially the head of state in 14 countries outside of the United Kingdom, and in some of those realms, there is fresh debate about abolishing the monarchy following Queen Elizabeth II’s death. But experts say that cutting ties with the Crown isn’t an easy legal process.
Here’s a look at which countries are talking about replacing the monarch and the challenges they may face moving forward.

Queen Of Australia is a legal fiction created by the Whitlam government in 73 to move us away from our constitution in which the people had a referendum and agreed upon how the country is supposed to be governed from the 1901 constitution act. As a federation and the constitution protects the people of the commonwealth Of Australia yet we are running under a false Australian republic.

It makes sense from a historical perspective. In the past, having control of the kingdom meant that opponents of the rulers would be in danger if that control was threatened. Having a unanimous head of state that is, in theory, above politics allows for coalitions to be made, open discussions and critique government. All because there was no possibilty of another obtaining absolute power. Put another way, having a fixed head of state generated stability in the kingdom.

In Canada's case, the British monarch is imbedded into our Constitution. As mentioned in the video, we have the highest set of barriers for changing this country from a constitutional monarchy into something else eg. a republic. We fought the War of 1812 against you because we wanted to remain British. And unlike you, we like institutions like the Queen (and her representatives in Canada called Governors-General) that are above politics.

There needs to be more education on the benefits of a constitutional monarchy within the commonwealth. There is so much misunderstanding with the role it plays and how crucial it is for stability. If a president or prime minister ever suggests removing the monarchy, you have to question their motives; after all, the monarchy is there, in part, to ensure the powers of leaders are not misused, like is so often the case for countries outside the commonwealth.

Exactly, the King's prerogatives all come from the common law and this protects the private rights of the men and women. The governments only deal with registered businesses within their jurisdiction, which are all trusts (split title). The public is a trust and everything in it. But they have pulled a fast one on the people and captured them into their jurisdiction through the birth certificate organization that birthed an organization into the public trust and the holder of the certificate is the agent for it. This is the magic trick that must be overcome by redeeming the certificate for your real security, the statement of birth original issue security that was deposited into the state treasury in the state you were born. If you study the bible, law and history, you will begin to see that the King is actually the Christ figure, they call him God's representative. Search out what it means to be a private man or woman, and stop thinking you are the public. At common law a private man has the right of dominion over his life, liberty and property (perfect title). This is the constitutional state where a man can be free. In a democracy, the public trust, a man acting as an agent, only has government benefits and privileges. This is a permanent resident and is part of the corporate governments. You see all the governments registered as corporations in the District of Columbia around 1934 and this is a municipal jurisdiction, that is foreign to the constitutional states where common law is the law of the land. It's a lot to share in a comment, but will give you a place to start. This is what the bible is trying to show us, but its very confusing. Jesus was the rightful constitutional king of Israel, and Rome was the foreign invader, which brought in their Roman municipal laws. The government has sided with Rome, just like today, so it is up to the men and woman to figure out what is going on and free themselves from the programming of the governments and return to the free state they were born in as Christians, under God. They are not children of the government.

The legal bar is not some insurmoutable hurdle that it is made out to be. The truth is that politicians accross the region love to talk about referendums but are scared to actually do it. The only country that ever called a referendum on the monarchy was St Vincent in 2009 and the Crown won very comfortably. Barbados, Trinidad and Guyana all became republics WITHOUT referendums because their constitutions allowed it to be bypassed. Politicians accross the Caribbean want that same easy referendum-free process because they can't trust the people not to choose the status quo like SVG did back in 09

This is not true. The crown has actually provided invaluable stability to Jamaica, especially during the internal conflicts during the 1970s and 80s. The office of the Governor-General, the monarch’s representative, is the only state office in Jamaica that has not become politicised by the two parties and remains neutral. During the 70s and 80s, worries and threats of a military coup were put to rest by the Governor-General who, acting in the queen’s stead, was commander in chief of the armed forces, committing to that if anything were to happen the crown would step in to restore democracy

Economically, the world will turn upside down. I bet at that time Britain had more Power and wealth apart from other nations that had status equal to Britain. Colonisation happens were the sovereign state in power has huge wealth and resources to actually travel the world in long distance to colonise and use their wealth and legal frame work to start administration, education and development in a particular country were they first set foot. With difference in knowledge to those countries colonized all revenue based assets and developments are kept by the colony until knowledge passed accurately and when administration is firm then these documents and wealth are passed down through a properly structured government that's sets up and running by the colony to now have control over their own resources to run their affairs under the colony. Calculate years of transition period by colony to actually pass knowledge to the colonised state in a form of formal education before handing over everything. In this case, the part on the map where British raised it's flag when they first came to the shores. Eg: Not even a single person was educated to collect rent on how many days the ship anchored on our shores. The crown was fair enough to pay rent in pounds and have them invested in their place until as mention earlier, knowledge is passed through education so rent and other funds can released to run their country. Through the first encounters and government. Imagine how many countries colonized and revenue invested at a much higher rate. Those who want to separate themselves from the crown will see the crown removing all resources at all aspects to bring the state to it's present image. Economically that particular state will be handicapped. Now Papua and New Guinea are 1 happy country. Papua been a British colony have so much wealth under the crown that has generated for centuries. Now when the King sits on his throne, the heavenly gates will open and bcz we are 1, New Guinea will have a share of all these blessings through all aspects, especially government and development. etc!
