Please let me know what to do about sensory issues that were not tackled during childhood and now a female is experiencing SPD and can’t tolerate clothes except very soft linen. She is otherwise normal but has Sensory processing issues and can’t tolerate clothing on body

Mam my kid 3 .10 years old going to therapy for 1 year. She has improved alot but only concern what therapist and i have observed is that she always see around what is happening when doing activity.example on doing activity if some one comes inside or some sound is hears she watch them then we hav to promot then she continues activity.this distraction we are not able to control. Attimes it is more and some times little but this always exist. Can you please suggest what can be done for this .

Morning once waken up, even after having breakfast, my kid prefers to lie down and play with ball or book on hand instead sitting upright. This is after waking up in morning or after nap time or inbetween one activity to another. If its in morning i have to involve him in physical activity and only then he becomes active. His muscle tone has improved, yet why this tendency to lie down is still there mam? What to do?
