I think there is a chance that they will come to the US again, maybe next year, but as Markucio27 already wrote, they have to replace two members (clean vocalist Ayame and high screamer Kagura) who will be leaving the group in November. I saw them at their Europe debut in Vienna this year. Kagura could not participate at that time but it was still amazing. If you would like a recommendation, check out the song "Shinsoukyoku: Gaia" by the idol group "Shinshi Todoroku, Gekijou no Gotoku" (first result if you search for title/name combination). They are my favourite idol group together with BBTS. They have a similarly eclectic style combining metal with pop and rap elements.

BBTS are the most underrated group in the Japan scene right now. Io Nozukidaira is the low guttural and Uriin Kagura is the fry screamer, as well as Ayame Yabusame and Tsubaki Nanaougi doing the clean vocals, accompanied as always by the phenomenal zombie band, an absolute force to be reckoned with and a leading light in the alternative idol scene. The feature here is Sunshine Ikezaki, who I believe is a comedian, but I'm largely unfamiliar with him (he's the guy in the track and field uniform who does the yeahs, just for clarification 🤣). I think the reason that they aren't as popular as other groups/bands is the wild variation in the music, often switching between deathcore, J-pop, jazz and metalcore in the space of one song, but I absolutely love it. There's not a lot of music that gives you so much to listen too in such a small space of time. Sadly, there was a recent announcement that Uriin and Ayame will be graduating (a term frequently used in idol groups to mean leaving/moving on from the group) as of Nov 18th and the audition process has begun to find replacement members. Only time will tell what happens now, but the group (Io in particular) has expressed a desire to keep going and doing what they've been doing and they have clearly loved every second of the experience and don't want it to be over. As a couple of recommendations, I would suggest checking out their songs 'Sayonara Birthday' 'Koi ha Otome no Nakidokoro' and 'Ki-Ra-I (live)'. These songs are all actually with previous vocalist Yae Kumanomido, who left the group due to health concerns and personal reasons (later replaced with Tsubaki). They're actually still good friends and recently Io posted some pictures of her and Yae having a day out together, so there's no hard feelings there as far as I can tell. By this point you've either stopped reading or you've realized I'm a bit of a fanboy, but I hope you'll check some more of their stuff out anyway. It probably won't get many views, but this group deserves more than they get and I hope you'll add to that by reacting. Peace, Love and Metal dude ✌️🤟

Maze - "Idol Riot" (has a MV) or "Madness Parade" (doesn't have one but it has that manic energy you were asking for.) Similar to BBTS with a high and low heavy vocalist but has a sort of rap sections and a main clean vocalist. Lots of electronic elements too.
