How many sisters wanted to live as Allah SWT designed,and for so long the men didnt work,or think authority is bullying their way around the family,please for the sake of Allah we allwant leadership and we eant men who are in control,but its not a reality ,please give one video on how to be a great husband seriously asthe sisters want the family with the man in charge providing for them, security for them ,but quite often its not the reality,please help us sisters with a talk to the men on how to treat someone else's daughter. Well then they need to stop being oppressive dead beats. The ones I know are oppressive entitled deadbeats from my father, to my brothers, to my ex. They didn't fulfill their jobs of providing and protecting astaghfirALLAH atheem. May ALLAH guide us all. We are living near end times and the fitnas/problems are everywhere.

@@sarahnovella4971 I can testify it's not in their DNA. I have 5 brothers and they have been so good to me, elhamdoullilah. They took me with them traveling, learned me how to drive, encouraged me to be more assertive , gave me money, gifts... You were just unfortunate to be tested by Allah not having good male role-models. May Allah make it easy for you.

I am not sure if authority is the only thing missing in men. A lot is to be blamed on emotional intelligence too. Men these days dont have that at all. Somewhere if men start to understand emotional situations better they will immediately have the authority. There is no woman on this earth who would not like to take a backseat and just enjoy life. Those who say they are boss babes are lying and probably scared too that they will end up being hurt again.

Brother, keep doing what you're doing for the sake of Allah by serving your muslim community through protecting and strengthening the family. I believe that a lot of people get married without learning the duties and responsibilities of each party. Many go into marriage laden with misconceptions and fairy tales fed to them by a failing education system and media aimed at distorting reality and bad examples everywhere. Many are ignorant of the sunna of married life. Education of the basics of marriage and the proper conduct of the husband and the wife should be required before marriage contracts. Traditionally, this was the role of the parent families and communities in the past; to instill the norms of marriage into the newer generation. This role has been compromised, so we need an alternative.

When I started a business and really increased my income I told my ex “Why don’t quit your job, I make enough?”… Later when we got the divorce she told the courts I was trying to keep her from working 😅 Ungrateful as hell! I wish someone would come tell me to quit my job and stay home 😂

Him giving promises to look after her would make sense only if the relationship last forever...if for example he said he will look after her and the relationship just lasted for 10yrs then she will have 10yrs of "GAP" in her resume... making it harder for landing any job..so obviously the court will ask him to compensate and she will say this in court...

In my opinion... that can only be accomplished when he is the sole bread winner in the family. And I would argue, no matter how much a woman is educated about the sunnah and rulings of marriage we can't expect her to be obedient when she gets into an emotional state of mind. No matter how kind and cooperative they are women can only be that way so long as their emotions are not acting up. The husband tries to say no to something (especially when it comes to safety and health reasons) and then their emotions start acting up and they start to rebel and throw words like toxic, controlling and manipulative at him. This is why a man needs to have control of the relationship and authority on his family so that he can restrain his wife and kids when he needs to.
