Just remember that the type of man who disappears when things are going well is not the man you want because he either 1) Is hiding something he doesn’t want you to see , 2) Is not being honest with you about something or 3) Is emotionally unavailable and can not commit. None of those things are qualities that makes a man a good partner. I’m telling you, they are doing you a favor every time this happens.

But I was the other girl, he pretended being single, he wanted to leave the other girl and I said no thank you. Happen to me to be put his phone on DND all weekend and once he got to work he took his phone off DND and texts back no he was with someone else

It was the lie for me !! I couldn't accept that lie, so I was able to walk away before we went to far

It's great that you've grown, but you owe it to that person to go back, apologize, and explain yourself. Even if you have to look him up on social media and shoot him a DM. Ghosting causes a never-ending lack of closure. The person who is ghosted learns to live with the hole in their life but they never really get past it. That closure can make all the difference.

@@TomikaKelly oh I did back then. I returned to apologize. I don't believe it creates a never ending hole in someone's life tho. I was ghosted last year. Someone I was dating for 6 months just split on me one night, and disappeared. I recognized it's his immature reaction not mine. I don't need to judge it. He emotionally couldn't handle a mature conversation/ closure. And I respect that. But I don't need to own it and make it mean that here's something wrong with me because of it. Rejection is not pleasant but if you're grounded, a whole person and emotionally stable, you won't feel dispair. We're all responsible for our feelings also.

You’re not alone. I was ghosted after 2 years of speaking everyday vacations and planning for future. Told me every day for 2 years that he loved me and how he couldn’t wait to marry me. He never missed a day. Then one day I just never heard from him again. There was no argument no disagreement nothing. It’s been 3 months now. I thought he would eventuality become my husband 😢I feel so stupid

So that's always meant to trigger what part of the inner child that was wounded and emotionally neglected from a parent so that we can focus on that inner work, to re parent ourselves in healthier ways and do that shadow work as well, what we weren't seeing, what's hidden from us in our own subconscious, that is creating a vibrational frequency that is bringing to us things that we do not want. We are all energetic beings, and those with nefarious intentions read that energy, and when we become more conscious of our own energy, we will be more conscious of our own vibration, because like can only attract like. And if we are attracting things we do not want, it's because we have some sort of unhealthy belief system about ourselves, something we were meant to provide for ourselves instead of looking for in another... that we would never have been able to start the healing work on if we weren't triggered. So any interactions with another are always the blessing and an opportunity that guides us towards what needs healing within us❤

I think it's not about men's lack of confidence, but women make it too easy for men nowadays to get what they want from them, with no emotional investment, so they just disappear when they took what they wanted. It's a jungle out there and people will take advantage if you let them, anytime. In the case that a woman indeed knows her worth and makes the man work for her, if he's not the one, he will not want to put in the work and will disappear. So the trash takes itself out. Why would a woman of worth worry about trash? That's my question.

Please if anybody out there is listening to me, don't make this mistake ever 🙏 Don't ever put a man before God! Don't ever put anything before God! This so-called arrangement was doomed from the start, I spoke with my mum, and my great mum both told me to be patient as long as he is not hitting me or calling me horrible names then ignore him.....go find other things to do. The more I prayed for healing, for "IT" to love me, care for me, and just be kind to me, the worst IT" became. I did more to prove myself, and IT" found more ways to complain. IT" never made any real money, very good at making it look like he did, IT" was a hard worker but that was for show. IT" allowed every single living thing to disregard and disrespect me. At this very moment, as I type, I'm fighting for my mental health !!!!!!! If you believe something is wrong then believe it and do something about it RIGHT NOW! You make the time to take care of your spirit. This is God talking to you Beautiful, that IT" is not what God sent me, I stayed because I believed the second coming of evil. TRUST GOD, NO MATTER WHAT IS GOING ON IN YOUR LIFE, and how do you know it's God? There will be an overwhelming relief of JOY that will hug you, 🫂 🙏

This is kind of sad to think. That they chose someone they don’t have “feelings” for and be all toxic to them. How is that positive thinking? So we say, “thanks for putting up with his BS, sis, so I have my peace” it just doesn’t sit right with me.

No one deserves to be mistreated. Yes, thankful for the rejection but its also unfortunate that there are people out there that will accept the behavior just to say they have someone in their life. The narc in my case did marry someone else 6 mos later, someone from his past I do believe and if that's what she wants for herself so be it. He is STILL the same person, still wearing the mask but that too shall fall again and that woman too has a choice of staying or leaving, its just a matter of time. He's just not my business anymore.

I relate to you so much, he also put me on a pedestal, said nobody made him feel this way and promised to wife me(over committed). A month later he broke up w me saying he cannot provide enough. I cried in front of him and obviously was mad at him for saying things he couldn't mean, he played victim card and made me the bad guy that i made HIM feel undeserving of love and "guilt tripped" him and that he realised he was never at fault, i did not even say mean words to him, i even tried to reach out many times, i apologised even when it wasn't my fault but since then he has ghosted me by putting all blame onto me Guess he's someone who just can't take accountability for mistakes they make, and put others in bad light to make them feel better about themselves
