Stage Fright is overcome when you are confident you know more than your audience on your topic.

Not necessarily. Some people know a lot and still have stage fright. I can tell you for sure that I speak English with people whose English is much better than mine, and I have no fear. You don't have to know everything to gain confidence 🙂
