Honestly if your Casio is that unreliable you might have got a fake one. They're the most accurate watch I've ever owned. Even more accurate than my watches that cost multiple thousands of dollars.

I bought my wife a Casio solar watch for $25 dollars a few years ago. the band broke but I keep it charged in the windowsill and it has kept correct time for 5 or 6 years. I have a more expensive Casio solar watch that resets time each day and another solar watch I wear that does the same, but her 25$ Casio watch keeps perfect time.

My Casio only loses about 3 seconds a month. I’d double check that yours is losing more than a minute a month.

Quartz and battery watches will always be more accurate. My Omega Railmaster was $2500 and is rated for +/- 5 seconds a day, cant get too much better than that as an automatic. But a $5 quartz watch will be more accurate.

For a super cheap watch it all depends on how long it last. My flat Casio lasted many year's I wore that thing doing dishes, it took a beating rolling my wheelchair I have to say they make a good watch. I like it to feel light and not bulky on the wrist because I'm always working on something with my hands. If I have to keeping taking a watch off I'm more likely not going to wear that watch on my wrist it will be a pocket watch real quick. Jeff you just reminded me of my pocket watch my sister gave my with the liberty bell and a Egal on it when I was 13 year's old maybe I'll take it to get fix? I think I over wind it year's ago. I'll have to look for it I know I still have it after 40 something year's ago.

yes its the same lead thats in most products from China temu is not special its the same stuff people bought and used decades ago, id be more worried if you vape since tons of those catridges have lead in them and your taking that right to the lungs

Mon I was just thinking about buying a watch when my power went out on the la casa. Have to shop around now that they sell so many watch's that do so many different features. I remember in 9th grade I was eating cereal and a watch fell out the cereal box that watch lasted at least 7 year's before the band broke best watch ever.

Often people dont consider leap seconds when talking about time accuracy. Earths rotation isn't exact so every now and then a second is added or subtracted from the Coordinated Universal Time to maintain the time balance dance.

I have other watches that are more accurate but its not necessary looking at ym watch in 2024 is a quicxk guide thats all I rely on my phone to be accurate and it always is...but more so my watch gets beat up so I dont want to wear something nice to work

Hey my Omega rail master is +/- 30 minutes a year and it cost $2500 so thats really good
