The ideology known as Tassawuf or Sufism eradicated an emerging intellectual civilization about eight hundred years ago. The period from the eighth to the eleventh century is called the golden age of Islam. During this era, Islam led the world in the field of science. A lot of work was done in philosophy, mathematics, astronomy, medicine, physics, and chemistry. However, as the twelfth century approached, scientific activity was almost banned in the Islamic world. And this ban was imposed in the name of religion. Religious scholars convinced the public and rulers that the process of understanding nature through reason is against Islam. Consequently, natural science was pushed aside from the Islamic world.

سوال یہ ہے کہ قانون اللہ نے بناۓ ہیں اور کاز اور افیکٹ اسی کے قانون کا قانون کا حصہ ہیں جب یہ غزالی نے کہ دیا تو کیا انھوں نے اس بات کا انکار کردیا کہ اب کاز اور افیکٹ کے درمیان رلیشن قائم نہ کیا جاے۔بالکل نہیں۔اصل بات یہ ہے جب ملحدانہ سوچ غالب آتی ہے تو وہ صرف ایک رخ کو دیکھتا ہے جو کہ اسے پسند آتا ہے۔

Without giving this topic an extensive read and simply concluding that “mullah hates science” or “mullah hates reason” is non-factual, ahistorical, unacademic, dishonest, self-contradictory.

Second is whether it is necessary to listen to mullahs to know reality which most probably you mean by scholars and third is you tell the real reason of downfall and reeling of Muslims if she's wrong. Then how do you know if she doesn't? Are you a scholar? That's the fifth thing. You should be obliged to that woman for highlighting the real reason of backward progress of Muslims sincerely. جی ہاں بڑے اچھے انداز میں بیان ہے۔ اسلاف کی فکر بڑا اثر ہوتا ہے۔جیسے سائنس اور فلسفے کے اسلاف کا اثر ہوتا ہے اسی طری مذہبی اسلاف کا بھی اثر ہوتا ہے۔ لیکن اج کل اکثر مدارس میں منطق اور فلسفہ پڑھایا جاتا ہے۔ ابن رشد کو بھی پڑھایا جاتا ہے۔ اور امام غزالی پر تنقید بھی کی جاتی ہے۔
