ASMR is underrated. People are put off so easily from it because of the more exotic tastes but I feel like there's something for everyone. You just have to look for your sound. Personally I like whispering and brush sounds. Like makeup brushes, paintbrush on a canvas, all that does it for me.

I listen to lofi a lot because it soothes all upsetting feelings and anxiety for me. Also Saxophone jazz does a really good job at that aswell - and you feel less alone when you're alone at home because it fills the space so nicely.

I always play lofi when i had a hard time to sleep. It really helps me to sleep. Also some beat so dreamy and beautiful like it’ll take me somewhere to place i never ever been if that make sense.
