My exams is start and tomorrow is my maths paper whenever i try to study i feel sooo sleepy but my normal routine of sleep is good i sleep at 9:00 or 10:00 pm and mostly eat at home only once or twice eat junk food and thank you so much for this i will try ❤

I eat healthy all day even i take my dinner at sharp 7pm and sleep at 9 pm.. wake up at 3 am and do meditation, exercise still i am sleepy whole day🥲... i have noticed in sleep that if i sleep for whole day the next day i feel fresh so it's like i need sleep upto 12 to 18 hourse just to feel fresh for another day... now what is this yrr

i slept at 10:30 pm and wake up at 05:30 am. Aur rat ko dal sawal khata 09:00pm ko aur suba 9 baje sal sawal, alu, karela khaya aur har sham 05:30 pm ko 3200 meter running vi karta hu 15 minutes ke andar. Tab vi lazy feel karta hu
