Definitely 3! It aligns with what I've already said in my call with the recruiter. This is for my dream job and I really pray that i get it.

Example 1 or 3. As an Interviewer, either of these responses show me that the person has done their homework on the company and shows passion.

I would opt for the third answer. However, i would concoct my own answer based on all three (something about the vision of the company, that my values align with theirs and i would love to grow in this field long-term). Thank you for great job, Alicia !
