The funny thing about my deja-vu is, when I realise it's deja-vu, that itself is deja-vu. So it's like an infinite thing. Don't know if that makes sense.

The human brain is an unsolved mystery, the greatest computer ever. Most people, most of the time probably ignore these experiences as one off or coincidences or feel uneasy, but they can strengthen if we choose to tune in to them or pay more attention.

It took me a while to realize what my deja vu experiences are. I used to have them often as a child and as an adult it’s pretty rare but when I do- it’s me living a reality that I dreamt of previously. And it’s very very specific down to the details of that moment. Finally one day while experiencing it I remembered having the dream before- and it all clicked. I dream my future and then it happens later on down the road.

My experience with Deja vu is that when it happens it is confirmation that I am on the path I created as a soul before I incarnated. I have recollection from the soul planning board and being with my guides before I incarnated (granted many will have never had this particular experience) through an out of body experience I had in my teens. This is what my guides tell me is true. I share this as perhaps others might be helped. Peace to all...

For me, whenever deja vu happens i know what's gonna happen in a moment and then it actually does. And sometimes the feeling lasts for like 10 secs idk.

Déjà vu is like a vision of a situation you see in your dream. After waking up you don't remember that vision, but later on (1week-1month-6months) you feel like this has happened before (same clothes, same person, same place, same objects, same temperature), you know what will happen within 2-3 seconds.

God once told me "in order for the future to be predicted, it must already exist". So basically we are "acting out" what already is. Deja Vu is the experience of seeing that future in the present. That is why in order to change YOUR future, you must work on changing yourself. And still some things can not be changed because everything happens for a reason. And everything happens for a reason because everything is based of the choices we or others make. This is my short version of this wisdom. Sometimes it is difficult to change wisdom into knowledge. But here is knowledge for those who wonder from my personal theory.

i used to have Deja vu when i was in school as frequent as 3-4 times a month. It was mostly with the situation ,people , place it used to feel as if i have already been to this situation, place , people etc.. it was so real one wont believe it. I never knew it has name as Deja Vu until now. My Guruji who used to teach me meditation in Varanasi used to tell me it's one in million who has it and you are blessed with it . He used to say do meditation in the morning at 5am at river Ganga's bank it will sharpen your visions more. Since no one else used to understand this is possible either my family or friends in-fact me myself doubted my ability so it went into ignorance but this Deja Vu continued to happen all my school life mostly. Thereafter i have never had this. Now i am 35.

It has happened to me many times. Lasting about 10-30 seconds of pure and exact living memory. Not a familiar feeling. EVERYTHING is exact. As if I'm reliving the exact moment, with things I've never seen or experienced before. Complete with remembering what comes next. Never met anyone that could help me develop it or expound on it.

I do believe that everything experienced is stored in the mind/brain: I lived in France when I was a young woman, and my French wasn't very good, but obviously I heard it all around me all the time. My partner told me that when I was asleep, I spoke in my sleep in perfect French with a perfect accent, using words and phrases and grammar that he knew I didn't 'know'.

It happened to me only once never again ,the first time that this happened it was when I came from my country to USA I was 20 years old first time in USA and the next day I was walking just one block away from my apt in lower east side in NY and as I was walking I stopped and looked around I was scared how familiar that street was to me and when I went to the store the cashier asked me something and those were the words that I heard them before I almost dropped my food in the floor ,I never wanted this to happened to me again it just didn't feel normal am I going crazy ,I never told anyone until 20 years later but it's very hard for people to believe you . My experience with this was very unusual scary Bc it was not oh wait where did this happened to me before let me think ,to me it was as if I lived in that place I knew that deli before I knew the street everything , I hope i never experience this again cant handle it.

When it happens i like feel every single moment of it until it ends

Sometimes at dreams you see a unknown face but you feel like they're very close to you even when you wake up you think about them and feel uneasy like you lost someone really close. Also there was a time when I seen a dream which made me very happy and suddenly my mom woke me up but I slept again thinking I might experience it again and you know what I exactly continued the dream where I left.

Makes perfect sense. What I've always found fascinating is not really deja vu, but the feeling I get when I see something or someone for the first time that ends up becoming a major part of my life. It is a feeling of importance and familiarity, similar to deja vu but in a future projected sense, rather than a feeling that I have seen it before in the past. It has happened with my car, my apartment, past girlfriends...

Infinity is the nature of everything and the more i bathe in deja vu the more that realization stays in my dimension of understanding. But that's just me! :)

It so happened one night, I dreamt that I was taking blessings from my grandparents for some occasion and I observed that my grandma feet was burnt I got scared and wonder why din she say anything about this to us. Dream being so illusional I had no opportunity to ask grandma what happened. So I woke up scared told mom crying that ajji(grandma) leg was burnt in my dream. Mom consoled me nothing would happen don’t worry (me being very attached to my ajji) I had no peace the whole day. I was scared to call her. So my mom called ajji and asked her to be careful. Couple of days later ajji calls us and says she met with an accident, and her left leg was burnt while cooking meal to 150 people in a temple. I don’t know what to call this... I regret till date May b till I die for not informing her specifically. Thanks to universe she recovered and she is fine now.

Its actually got to do with everything is happening at once. All possibilities. Dejavu is merely connecting with a similar timeline.

It happens mainly in teenage group 13-19 and gradually decreases until age 25.

I have had Déjà Vu consistently since I was a child. I am definitely not in control and do not know when it will happen, however I LOVE THAT FEELING. I am happy to be blessed with a physical body to interact with all the other blessed people on this planet. Déjà Vu reminds my spirit that I AM ALIVE.

When I started awakening, I had a realization that deja vu is simply a remembrance from our life PREVIEW. Just as we have a life review in the "end" (as accounted for many times in NDEs), we have pre-birth planning sessions. Every now and then, something happens that causes us to match the event/situation/circusmstance/environment/conversation with what we *remember* from our pre-birth planning. That's why I had it SO much more often as a child than as an adult-I had recently emerged from the spiritual realm. I think im one of those rare cases that gets deja vu often but its more of a subconscious case where i can kinda see the future very slightly ahead of me for a few seconds and then i get this sickening and feeling of fear for a brief moment, and then what i sae briefly happens. i felt a very strong deja vu few years back and was amazed, but it doesn't happen often and i am still waiting for this to happen again.

We are the sum total of our ancestors lives and genetic coding, so deja vu and the feeling of having been somewhere before may simply be the result of memories passed down through the genetic line.

before watching this video - these are my thoughts on deja-vu....this happens because at some point in a dream in the past, you had this experience or insight into a future experience. in the reality that you are conscious of you're not familiar with it, in another dimension/future dimension you've been there. with genetic memory and the fact that our subconscious can help us to tap into a vast memory bank of all "human experiences", its fair to say that our "dreams" expose us to both past and future experiences/dimensions and the point where our conscious experience crosses path with this subconscious memory is deja-vu.

I've had it especially when I'm stressed or tired. Very rarely but there was a time I remembered what happened before it happened in immediate sequence with a strong sensation this has happened before?. The delivery being late, work colleague coming into the office saying a specific phrase, one of the vans breaking down and the song being played on the radio when it was turned on?. The sensation I had that morning was strong and precise, knowing what would happen immediately after each event?. The sensation went away in minutes. The only time I feel uneasy is when I have DEJA VU but can't remember what happens next.

Foresight has been with my grandmother and I seem to have it inherited from her...on several occasions without any pre-warning or questioning, enquiry or such, things happening in the future are "given" like a dream picture, all of a sudden I "know" of something that will happen.. and happens for certain... recently the death of my landlord... For several years I've been unconsciously experiencing deja vu. However recently I'm experiencing deja vu consciously. This weekend in Hollywood - Reliving the same exact moment from about a year ago. Absolutely mind-blowing.

I have some times (once or twice a year) Déjà Vu where I can see the happenings of couple of secondes in to the future. Most of the time not to meaningful moments. Like I´m in a conversation and I know exactly what will the other person say/behave/act, what I will say and act. It´s like looking at a movie in my own head of the upcoming 10 seconds. Most of the time I consciously stop to take part in the movie and do not say or act, just take a step back and look at the happening I know will happen. It´s absolutely useless I know, but I really would like to know what that is. By looking at the now you can know what will happen, but actually seeing what will happen in detail like a movie is funny. Anyone had similar experience?

Ok, I am a trained psychic. I see a Deja Vu as time travel. Your spirit communication that happens when you sleep (unconscious) takes you on a journey to validate your next step. When you pull your mind into the dynamics of what you are witnessing you ponder. I submit that our spirit is in much more control of our scenarios and how we play them out. I am in agreement about the other areas of schizophrenia as well and understand it as agreements from entities from the past that are not in present time.
