This lady gets it. Brilliant. "It" being Hamlet. And I didn't hear exactly what she answered in the very end, but Hamlet is not crazy. He's just way deeper than everyone else.

John Redmon many argument seem to be valid with Hamlet, and at the same time seem to contradict one another. I don’t believe he is mad but his psychological state has certainly taken a hammering.

I see that Hamlet is like a painter who wants his portrait to be 100% perfect so every time he adds an additional touch to it until he spoiled it completely at last

Hamlet delayed because of the 2 metre rule. He was upset but he wasn’t irresponsible.

Really an interesting question and well dealt with...To me Hamlet is the ultimate lazy guy who loves a life of ideas more than anything..and ideas are sworn enemies to action...

Granting the judicial system back then was way better than what is now, yet would his own charge, accusation, complaint, story stand and can it be substantiated in a present day court. On what grounds and on what basis should he act, based on the word and at the instance of an apparition and a ghost ? Was the ghost real or was he hallucinating ? Maybe all that he saw and all that he heard was the imagining and the conjuring of his own feeble mind in keeping with his own dislikes, fears and suspicions of his uncle Claudius. Should he take action without first knowing for certain, and without first establishing the guilt or the innocence of Claudius ? But how could he go about doing that ? Besides, what direction and what form should his action take, to serve what purpose and to accomplish what end. These are all some of the possible thoughts or deliberations we might take it were going on through the mind of Hamlet, that stayed his hand and held him back.

Destiny wanted Hamlet to be a murderer; he wanted only to be a world-hater without raising his dagger...
