Jesus please continue to give me the strength to keep supporting myself and my two autistic children. Because I’m losing hope. My boys require so much from me because they are non verbal. Due to them having many issues in school, I’m homeschooling them. I’m a single mother. These past two years since covid have been hard on me. I lost my job at Forsyth hospital because I declined the vaccine. I have heart disease and I suffer from lupus that’s the major reason why I declined the vaccine. I’m waitressing and I’m grateful but I’m not making enough to make ends meet. Bills are piling up and I can barely afford groceries for my children. I feel like a failure. Every month is a struggle, and now that I’m homeschooling them my schedule is limited. I’m so overwhelmed and ashamed. But God gives me strength. I get harassed and bullied on this app for sharing my testimony and for asking for prayers but prayers are all I NEED. As christians we must have compassion towards one another so please be kind I’m already feeling defeated. BUT! Even as I struggle! I keep faith in God. He is the God of possible! I HAVE FAITH HE WILL PROVIDE! He has this far. THANK YOU JESUS! I will only trust in GOD!

The Holy Spirit IS powerful enough in us to encourage us to drop certain addictions of the flesh COMPLETELY, and when He does that most fully we lose, not only the habit, but also the craving that drives the habit. It worked with me with swearing - admittedly swearing is NOT a very rewarding and not a very addictive activity, but it is a habit, and scientific study does actually show how it may confer a kind of strength and resilience, even making pain and stress less severe. But since being Born Again I don't swear, I don't need to swear, and my universe has changed sufficiently that the context in which swearing might "make sense" is actually absent. The Spirit can also change the balance on other things. His actions in us ensure that things of God become FAR MORE attractive and satisfying than they were before (to the point where we may even have a true (sort of lust-like) craving to read The Bible - I sure did!!!; and to the point where certain divinely-inspired activities can offer full satisfaction and completeness for as long as they are being engaged in - as is true for my urge to "go tell it on KZfaq", during which the writing seems partly from me and partly just inspired by the Spirit, which is of course wonderful). That leaves somewhat less free capacity for sin, though surely the flesh is still there somewhere! Jesus's definition of adultery makes things tough for most of us, but much of the time (not quite all) I am now strong enough "to look the other way". The world is full of beautiful looking people, thanks be to God, even as many, many people do also have inner beauty. Sometimes, if we are really blessed, we might see interactions between the two - when spiritual beauty conveys a special beauty on somebody. At times that might go beyond sex, and it actually feels very nice when it does. It is also a little bit possible to understand that feeling attraction 10, 20 or whatever times a day is in fact both tiring and meaningless. Whether that is a triumph of the spirit or the intellect over the flesh is a good question, and anyway it is not easy to do ... though it might be worked on a bit!! Still, as someone who is very keen to discern the divine, uplifting, genius-enhancing influence of the Holy Spirit in music, I find it telling how few times such songs involve women! Frankly, I can "hear the hormones" in many female singers, and it gets in the way of spirituality. For this reason, Robin Lamont singing "Day by Day" from "Godspell" the movie is such a wonder, as I get only purity and joy and depth and emotion from that. Thank God for it. Obviously I know, as many will, that the dark forces go out of their way to find the remaining chinks in our armour. But all hope is not lost on that, for indeed the Holy Spirit is stronger ... and much less chaotic, much more meaningful, much more lovely in every way...

To answer the question directly, sin feels good initially so we are FORCED to make a choice. If sin only felt bad, NOT choosing it wouldn't be entirely an action of free will. God wants us to actually choose Him, not be "funneled" into choosing Him. Once we actually choose Him over the sin, we then get the help of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ can forgive you and you can live for him and be healed of the pain of the consequences of sin. I was searching my whole life for something to fill the emptiness inside . I filled it with sin for temporary pleasure which always had severe complications and consequences but Jesus was with me the whole time even though I rejected him. He is my Savior I live for him ❤ the consequences of a life of sin have left devastating damage that cannot be repaired but still the Lord carries me through and I have hope in his word for it is the truth 🙏 and he is a Good Good Father 🙏❤

Holy Spirit gives you the power to stop sinning. I was saved at 5 when Jesus saved me but I didn't understand following Yeshua/Jesus . Picking up your cross and dieing to self are what it takes. But Yeshua won't leave you. He helped me. I am 61 and I was delivered of smoking at 17. I was drinking to medicate myself from pain and disappointment, I told Yeshua I wanted to be sober minded and that very day He took the desire away.. I was in my 40s. I was not perfect when I started this journey but I'm am excited to say. I am free of many things I use to do. Even this last week I was shown I can be passive-aggressive. I don't want to be that way so I asked Yeshua Holy Spirit to help me and I know He Will. I told my daughter if she saw me acting that way she had permission to correct me gently. 😁Even old people can change and learn to put aside sins that make Yeshua unhappy. Untill HE comes, we will have trials and tribulations but be of good cheer, Yeshua/Jesus has overcome the world. That's encouraging if you think about it because you can always overcome if you make efforts and have Christ because Christ always gives you the ability to resist, but being given the ability doesn't mean you will always acts on that ability. Sometimes we give into the sin. The only way out I can see is to spend more time in God's word and more time in prayer.

For what son is not disciplined by his Father? 8 if you are not disciplined (and everyone undergoes discipline),then you are illegitimate children and not true sons.

I was only Baptized 3 months ago as a middle age adult. After living 45+ years sinning very badly, sin has been a huge obstacle. The Lord has been very patient with me. I truly was abandoned by my parents at a young age, I only recently realized that Psalm 27 is literal & not just a metaphor. The Lord has been my parent & watched over me my entire life when I was forsaken by my parents. Sin felt so good, I was ready to surrender to it. Jesus refused to let me give up. I discovered that the more I pray, the less desirable sin has been. I try to pray as often as possible, since sin is a daily battle. I feel so close with the Lord when I pray. I still feel tremendous guilt about my past. I should have been in a wheelchair with a spine disability. The Lord has me walking, when surgeons told me it would be impossible. I was blessed with a miracle. I feel like I still don't show enough appreciation to the Lord. I hope & pray that when the time arrives where I take my last breath, that the Lord may find me forgiven. After so many years, I often doubt how I could be forgiven. Bless you all my brothers & sisters in Christ.

Liked your video. If a person in joys their sins it's because they don't care about others because most times sin does not just effect the one sinning. Even sex between a adult male and a adult woman, because while they are their sin they give no thought that they are leading their partner to hell with the sin they are committing.
