I really liked Sora and Piyomon in Tri, so I hope they give them a little more 'love' going forward!

Sora & Biyomon were always my fave since childhood, yes I agree they rarely showed her any love.

It's what I hate most about Adventure 2020.. outside of calling eachothers names or "METEOR WIIIING" sora and biyomon are lucky to get one line per episode. They've had no character development at all, in the original (which I'm rewatching currently) there's so many scenes where biyomon interacts with Sora, whether it's fawning over her, rubbing against her leg or just showing loving affection. 2020? No sweet character moments between them at all, they barely interact outside of sora sitting on Birdramons foot.

Yeah, hate is a pretty strong word. If you watch the show, you’ll see Sora in the background. She’s there, and you can see her personality just pouring through her eyes in every scene she’s in. Sure Birdramon’s animations are poor but Sora herself is animated extremely well. Sora’s character is so much more enjoyable than any of the digi-destined with the possible exception of Yamato. Sora is a massive part of the story, even if it’s not readily evident to the casual fan.

Great video, I'm glad this is getting some attention. Sora and Piyomon were truly robbed, and it sucks :( Birdramon was always such a cool looking monster in the original, and now she just looks... really goofy...
