This is very similar to Satay dishes in Asian cuisine. I frequently enjoy a chicken satay over coconut rice. I wrote this recipe down and will try it with wings! Peanut butter and meat together may seem weird initially, but try it. It's delicious!

I've been making and introducing people to peanut sauces, peanut broths, and peanut dips for the last 15 years. Start with peanut butter, crushed red pepper, and bullion. Its its... amazing. Add a little brown sugar and its better than any bbq sauce you've ever had. I've had it with ginger and lime but its not my preferred flavor profile. Peanut sauce pairs so well with any crispy chicken, but also try it on broccoli, asparagus, ramen, etc etc. Its very versatile.

@AugustWest888 lol... I guess so. Maybe because i didnt expect to love it as much as i did. It all started at the local Chinese restaurant back when i lived in Washington DC. I found Sesame Noodles on the menu and decided to give it a try. It was lo mein noodles with peanut butter, soy sauce, green onions, crushed red pepper, and sesame seeds. It was served hot and the ingredients were just put on top of the plain noodles, so I mixed it all up and through the noodles. I took a bite and was immediately hooked. It was my new favorite dish and i was left thinking about how versatile and underutilized peanut butter is. (Please dont go looking for sesame noodles at your local shop expecting to find what I was served. My local shop was the only place I've found that served the dish hot. Every where else I've tried it they prepare it cold.) You know what else is good: grind salted peanuts down into almost a powder and sprinkle it heavy on top on any cooked dark green veg (asparagus, kale, spinach, broccoli, etc) or your favorite cold salad. So good.

@@Sxndip trust me. Dont think of it as peanut butter, but instead as peanut sauce or peanut dip. Peanut butter is only one component. Salt, crushed red pepper, and a little sugar is super important and what really makes the peanut sing. Great on chicken and beef and several other things

Chicken Satay is wonderful. Schlotskys Deli used to have a Thai Chicken pizza. It was chicken, shredded carrots, pesto, cheese and peanut sauce. Different and delicious.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 u got me there with the don’t talk to me if u eat wings with more than 3 fingers hilarious it’s arguably one of the most uncomfortable feelings 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Btw I dig these wings, bet they’re insane, I love chicken satay sticks with the peanut sauce so why wouldn’t I like these, anyone who hasn’t had these before MUST try. These will be insane. Don’t skip the nuts for that extra crunch too. Could even sprinkle fresh coriander and lime juice over the top too for more FLAVAHHH😂😂
