I needed this one right now, im going though an extremely depressive, anxious and stressful moment in my life, I've had intens emotional breakdowns everyday the past week and I was so anxious today I've been shaking and crying all day, and haven't been able to calm down, until I watched these five amazing guys talk about real deep feelings and I literally stopped crying after only a few minutes. I love these guys so much and I am thankful for them being them, which helps me deal with my own stuff. They calm me down so much, wow how I love them... :'(

This was the episode I was waiting for the most. The album was released a week before I had my first anxiety attack and I didn’t know what it anxiety meant. Every time I listen to this song, it explains everything I went through that night and how anxiety makes me feel but after being in a anxious and depressive state for like 3 months, this song finally gave me the courage to this issue head on and start therapy. Thank you for this beautiful piece of art that was able to paint the picture for me and help me get to place where I can be myself and be free. 😭 Thank you for this beautiful album and sharing it with the world.

I started full on crying when Jack started talking about bawling in the car and hugging Daniel yet Ive heard the story many times before. Also jack wiping a silent tear at 5:01 just made it so much more real. Ever since the drop of the album Be Myself has never left the # 1 spot for me it is so emotional in a deeper way the Grey (grey still got me crying tho). I just love how much the boys would do for each other they are truly amazing people.
