The key is make your kids work hard from a young age and never spoil them. The hard part is making sure they do the same thing for their kids.

They’ve said that in those meetings when they were discussing quitting, and they decided to stick with it, it was only because they all participated in coming up with a thorough and highly detailed outline of things and ideas they could do for content. They needed to make sure they had something to do rather than same old “basketball” trick shots if they went all in. Moral of the story, make sure you PLAN and PREPARE for your dream. Don’t give everything up and just expect things to happen. You gotta not only believe, but also work for it.
