It’s genuinely so surprising how good it was and the ART IS SO AMAZING I feel like many people come in expecting like the second coming of Christ but if you just lay back think about it it’s so enjoyable

If i were to explain kagurabachi i would say that even though the basic premise and the overarching plot might not seem unique or something new, kagura bachi manages to execute it splendidly and in a truly unique and exciting way. For me kagura bachi is "it's not what the story is but rather how it's presented and portrayed" type of feeling. But that doesn't mean that the plot is bad or even mediocre in any way, infact the plot is pretty good and actually rather gripping. Even though it might seem the basic shounen plot at 1st sight, the developments that happen after the 1st few chapters are totally unpredictable and have me constantly at the edge of my seat. So yeah all in all i would say that the art is great, the action is phenomenal, the execution is splendid and rather unique and the panelling is ffking peak(fr Hokazono has real talent in presenting what's happening in a easy to follow but thrilling way). All in all, Go read kagurabachi and become a bachi bro.

I read the first 2 cch of this manga and then left it to let it cook for some time, today was the day I decided to read it from ch 3 onwards and was blown away, the actions, the panels, the powers and how raw the fights get was amazing. And then sufferent drop his vid, very serendipitous.

Also the manga charts was kinda expected cause OP sales are kinda down cause almost nobody except collectors or people that just want to own a volume would buy OP at this point cause of the amount of volumes but Kagurabachi released its 1st volume which a lot of people will check out since it already got a lot of hype before the publication. DS in its peak lvls is the only thing that reached peak OP manga sale lvls and having read the whole DS manga I think its kinda overrated (No hate tho). I mean OP still got at least 3 years in it. Kagurabachi got potential

Tried it but it’s just way too mid for me. The definition of okay/20. Maybe it gets better past the 10 first chapters but I feel like there are so many other peak action series coming right now like Gacchiakuta and Dandandan that something so generic pale in comparison

For a lot of people the end of the first Major Arc (Vs. Genichi Sojo) was the turning point for a lot of people to go "Yeah this is alright" to "Holy shit this author might actually have the juice." If you wanna give it another shot, I'd request getting up to Chapter 17. See how you feel about it then.

I might agree with dandadan, but with gachiakuta I honestly find it too rambling and quite confusing. especially the last arc just concluded the pacing was strange, there were chapters in which the author gave you any lore drop and others in which it was a miracle if anything useful actually happened. perfect drawings but very shaky and not very defined writing.
