Hello Sir, great content. Thank you very much. Would it be possible to have the videos in playlist? Or else watching from start to end would do the job?

Good content. Could you please elaborate on the settling issue with the floating nodes? Is this why we do go for power down most of the nodes? Also regarding the cadence floating mode check, is static-highz method available in analysis option or some where?

Hi Raja, Thank you so much for the feedback and I'm glad you liked it. The settling issue with the floating nodes came from the uncertainty at the beginning of the startup state; therefore, we want the states of the nodes at the beginning of the startup state is well-defined. The Cadence's floating mode check like the static-highz method is available is just a connection checker, not a simulation. Thanks, CC

Hi , Thanks for the Video , i have doubts regarding the floating node from a long time .Glad that those doubts got resolved from this video 😊.Can you suggest any good book to explore these concepts much more? Regarding Reliability issues?

CMOS schmidt trigger circuit is a good solution to avoid crowbar (short circuit) current between an high Z node and a classical cmos digital gate.

Good video. What is the remedy for the high impedance node in the tx common mode ?

Hi, thanks 🙏 so much for the feedback. I’m leaving the question to everyone as an exercise. Hint: removing the floating node at the power down condition 😊

@@circuitimage may be connecting that floating node to a known voltage ? , otherwise that node will get charged to some unknown potential due to parasitic capacitors and could blast some devices in the circuit I think.

@ajithsrighakollapu3569 Bingo. You are correct about the remedy. 😊
