I no longer have any interest in American Pickers. Too many inevitable changes.

Frank was the heart and soul of the show. If he started his own show it would be better. England's beautiful land and deeper civilization is my suggestion. Frank would fit in perfectly.

Although this show was staged in many instances, the old rapport between Wolfe and Fritz was exceptional. His removal has effectively changed the dynamic for the worse. With Wolfe’s brother hovering in the background, the show has lost its joy for me. I do not think Wolfe’s brother got the same character from the Wolfe gene pool and to me, is a bit of a wet blanket compared to Fritz. Bad things can happen between long standing friends. Wolfe certainly has the showman approach with Fritz adding his personality to spice things up.For me the show had run its course. Best of luck to both parties and a resolution to Fritz’s health problems.

I think a couple things here have been overlooked . Alot of the decisions are made by the Discovery Channel , Mike has input but the producers are actually in charge . Frank also was said to have a drinking problem which probably wasn’t good for Frank . I actually like Frank better than Mike but from what has been said Frank was screwing up more and more . Mike should be ashamed at the way Frank’s medical problems were announced by Mike when it wasn’t his place to let everyone know about them . And like everything else in this world , unfortunately , this show is driven by profits and the Discovery Channel isn’t about to let anything become between itself and profit !

The whole is greater than the parts. I always liked the dynamic between the two and really learned a lot from the both of them. Mike for his knowledge on mechanical and Fritz for his knowledge of small and toys. I think the show has lost some quality without the two of them.

I always felt they were odd friends

Reunited - Davenport native Frank Fritz and lifelong friend and reality-show co-star Mike Wolfe have reunited after nearly three years without seeing one another. Another longtime friend of Fritz’s helped arrange for the Memorial Day weekend reunion between the pair who found fame as “American Pickers” on the History Channel. She has asked that her name not be published to protect her privacy. “This was not a feud between Mike and Frank at all,” Fritz’s friend said Tuesday. “They were not feuding. They needed separation to appreciate each other.” After 11 seasons on a reality show, “working 10-hour days, seven days a week with your best friend,” the relationship became strained. But the pair made clear during their get-together on Sunday, she said, that their nearly lifelong friendship isn’t over.

I quit watching the show because of Franks termination .

Frank was the best

Fame and also wealth can affect relationships even with the strongest family bonds let alone bonds with friends. But if you add any imbalance to the relationship, this increases the potential for problems.

He had a stroke at age 60. This took me less than 15 seconds to type.

I hope Frank is doing fine and is still in the wind!!!

Mike always had plans to get rid of Frank. He wanted all the glory to himself.

Health and emotional issues aside......Frank's biggest problems, which became more evident with time, were that he was less likable than Mike and he was much more of a 'cheap-skate' than Mike. He also tended to make it apparent that he was 'jealous' of anyone stepping into his 'shoes' whether it be Danielle or Robbie. Now it must be said that everything Frank did on the show was directly comparable to Mike and this is not a good thing...if you're Frank. Mike was definitely more business-minded and willing to take more risks when it seemed appropriate. Some of the breakdown may have been the result of growing older and their levels of maturity. Mike became more family-oriented while Frank still measured happiness by how many 'free' beers he could get at Sturgis and Octoberfest. In life, many friendships have 'cracked' as the individual's lifestyles have changed and the weight of responsibility affect each differently. The family-man and the perpetual bachelor often secretly envy/resent each other as the years pass and they seemingly have less-and-less in common. It's Life....I guess.

I quit watching when Frank left, it wasn't the same after that.

The last five years of the program Frank acted like he didn’t really want to be there!😢.

I felt Mike treated Frank like a second-class citizen. I never watched the show after Frank left.

Never liked wolfe. He seemed like a crook to me. Cheated almost everyone he made a deal with. Frank was not as bad. When Frank stopped coming on, I stopped watching. wolfe pissed me off to much.

I watched the show to see the stuff people collect. bit of a hoarder of junk myself, either one of them could be replaced wit an equally entertaining duo. what annoyed me was the fake bargaining. that stuff is not real.

Fritos died

Mike was a serious educated antique buyer who spent tens of thousands of dollars for real antiques where he could make large profits while Frank was spending 10s of dollars and trying to make it sound important where in reality he was just buying yard sale junk. Frank was a joke and an anchor on the show.

Let's face it, Mike's new girlfriend and his desire to give is brother a lucrative job had something to do with Frank disappearing from the show, without explanation. By the way, alcoholism aggravates Crone's Disease. I'm done with Mike and his show.

😂😂😂😂😂😂 if the show was about a relationship between friends who shared a passion then why is one of them currently on the show and the other one will never be on it again because it weren't about friendship and sharing a passion it was for the same reason 90% of American citizens will screw over their own grandmother it was for the American dollar that's why they don't work together anymore that's so funny hearing people say this show is about their friendship and sharing a passion that is the last thing the show was about or else they would still be friends and still be sharing a passion. What a joke!!!!! And no being on the Discovery Channel does not mean you are going to make more money they were making more money by being exposed to a large audience they're both self-centered narcissistic men they were never in this together they were doing it together for themselves
