Hi thanks for your question. God can wake you up at anytime to speak to you if he sees need to. Yes, it's still the same. However, also bear in mind that God waking you up isn't just the same as you waking up normally in the night to let's say you want to use the toilet. God's ways might be you waking up and your mind instantly goes to something pressing in your mind.
