@@ManishKumar-ff1ro it is about 12000 employees in which large number are of third party payroll they got 3 months salary maximum and the amount you mention only means to top class executives only who are in few numbers one two three I searched your theory nothing mentioned for 8 cr per employee bro b practical and real one CEO CFO didn't represent whole employees system and we know lower employees get fired most in these types of job loss processes top executive use them as insurance policy to save their jobs this is laid off of lower level it professionals who are of middle class families live in Gurgaon banglore Noida far away from hometowns and struggling everyday for paying their emi not top executives like Parag Aggarwal etc etc they are few and laid off is of low level professionals

Sarkari naukri mai growth ka koi scope/potential nahi... uche se uche position aur experience ke baad middle age mai jaake bhi kuch 1-2 lakh mai hi salary hogi... starting level aur young age mai toh rehne hi do... Under the table ho toh woh baat alag hai but woh bhi time ke sath corruption kam hogi aur uska risk alag hai... Govt job is good only if you want to live a middle class life, choti si 10-20L ki gaadi mai ghoomna hai, chhote se 2-3 bhk ghar mai rehna hai... Bas yeh fayda hai govt job ka ki kaam ka pressure nahi aur job secure hai... Agar kaam nahi karna aur thodi boht fixed amount chahiye monthly guazara krne ke liye toh lelo govt job... Apni Aukaat banani hai aur accha paisa kamaana hai toh business karna hi padega ya koi high paying private job leni padegi kisi tob business school se padhke...

Aur 2-3 bhk nhi bunglow m shayad aapka koi experience nhi rha h. Kisi door k rishtedaaron ka bhi.

@@youfirst1239 most of iitian's don't choose upsc brother that's absolutely a false claim those who remain unplaced or get not so much handsome compensation choose upsc or RBI , also of you take around 10% students remain unplaced among 8-9% will go for iim or mtech abroad another 1% will choose high level public sector jobs , I haven't seen 1 person who got placed on day 0(mostly placed abroad) ever coming back leave alone joining public sector
