Glad you liked it! I use a Beyerdynamic MC930 for both my guitar and voice. I've had these mics for over a decade and they've been working fantastically! Not cheap but really worth it.

You have got some points, right. 👍 On the other hand: the best instrument is the one which one plays. Unless played, instruments are just "trapped potential"

yukelele...but actually it's the bending that makes the guitar superior from all of the rest...no other instrument can do that :)

Bending sure is very expressive! Actually all fretted stringed instruments can do it, and of course the voice can too :D But pianos can't, unless you go the electronic route.

As a beginner should I start with acoustic guitar or classical guitar?

It really depends on what kind of music you want to play! Nylon strings (classical) are easier on your fingers, but if your end goal is to play pop/folk/blues music, it doesn't make sense to learn on the 'incorrect' instrument type
