In my case, we have occasionally some chargebacks, we do have an online check-in application, where guests have to complete the information for the check-in process, in the last part of the check-in process the app will let the guest know what are the hotel rules, and will ask for a signature... The thing is... this "digital signature" isn't really a proof, since the guest can easily just draw some random lines and say that's my signature... which will not ve valid on a dispute... It's a little frustrating cuz, we have to find a way to prove that the guest was actually there accepting all rules, and actually staying in the hotel.
