You might have strong in Technical knowledge hence, you cleared all technical round interviews then you will meet HR round interview that is final before release offer letter . But some times you might be rejects in the HR round then what are the common reasons to rejects a candidate in the final HR round.

Sir due to COVID we faced financial crisis so I am joining MCA now after completing bsc in 2020 October. I have 1.5 year education gap but during gap i worked in bpo for 8 months and i have done certification courses in python and full stack. How can I convince HR during campus placement??

Some candidate are rejected due to found fake experience... which is provided by every institute nowadays This is also one reason for rejection

Thanks for your valuable.points. one doubt like for ctc every HR will try to provide minimum package as they can. Then how should we negotiate and get better CTC? Like can we ask them about their budget ? Based on that we can counter negotiate the offer? Please specify.

Hi. I interviewed in wipro for BTOR process. I cleared all rounds on 20th December. Today is 13th January. Today he said this project is on hold. He will schedule another operation round for different project. What's that mean? I have to face all four rounds of interview again?

Hii sir!! Due to some technical issue my mic is not worked during my interview..my hr told to rejoin and i rejoined but my voice is not audible to him. Hr said "try to plug in headphone" I took that from my room and plugged in but it also not worked.finally I asked whether I switch to my lap to phone ,he said yes... After that my interview went well....because of the technical issue caused will the hr reject me sir ....
