They can barely pay for it. Repos are super high. It will eventually come crashing down. If you believe different, you’ve never been through any of these cycles before. Better hope you have cash on hand when everything pops.

I agree that we're reaching another top of the cycle of endless fed inflationary cycles, but the idea that interest rates are "sky high" is hilariously absurd when they're at multi-generational lows, which is why there are bubbles in basically every asset class.
