Linehead, you are the first person to truly inspire me. You thinking you're not good enough but eventually became helper. That is what was amazing to me. But here's the thing. I'm not 16, I probably wouldn't stop doing something i love more than anything else for the benefit of somebody else, I'm not even good at filling out applications. But when I hear how you became helper, I was amazed. I have tried to apply for high ranks in other groups before, but never got the spot. But now I can try to apply for a high rank and know that if I don't get selected, I can try to apply somewhere else. Linehead, you might be my favorite Minecraft player ever.

Ive been sending helper application month after month .I have 6 Applications and all of them are denied but I will never give up and I still believe I can become helper ,this video made to believe more.By the way are you using a subbot or something because before 2 days you got 500 subs and now are 900 ??!??!?!.Great video and hope you get promoted !

My most difficult case has been having to help somebody who speaks French and knows little English. At the time, I didn’t know French, the only other language I knew other than English was Spanish. Google translate isn’t the most accurate thing, and since you can’t copy and paste messages, I had to hand type each word with correct marks and accents with every little message he sent me. In the end, the guy had only wanted to apply for my server, but was so afraid of being rejected because he thought we would reject him because he knew little English(he was still learning on his own). He had really wanted to start somewhere and just had felt my server was the place. It took us an hour and a half to have one conversation, but he eventually went on to become my head admin. Being a staff member on a server really helps you get to know people from all over the world. If every person in Minecraft treated each other like members of a staff team treat each other, everyone would have an infinite amount of friends. I guess my point with this message is that being a staff member on a server is not just a tag or a job, it’s a role you get to play in other peoples lives.

I applied for a staff position on another server and got denied but after watching your video and making a new application I am now a staff member of the server. Thank you so much

For the next one, my first question is, what has been your best experience with being an helper, and my second one is, have you made really close friends with another staff member?

Im glad when I applied for moderator on the skyblock server i played on (Since closed) it had such a quick turn around. I was friendly with the owner and alot of the mods but had never applied since when I first joined I had been banned for accidently advertising another server (didn't do the msg command correctly) Fast forward like 2 years later Im asking the owner about applying and if my previous banned experience would mean Im not allowed. He said it was fine. I actually found out I was getting mod a couple of days later, I was voice chatting with some friends (one also a mod) when I got the good news. Loved my time as a moderator and the time of the server. Made so many good friends over the time and wouldnt change a thing. Think what helped was how the owner how much time I was on. (Too much) and the fact I loved to stalk players. (So very helpful when you just tp around checking everything is fine and no one is hacking)

I was a helper in a Finnish server (Finnish is my native language) ~2 years back. When I applied for the helper rank, I was super excited because I had never been a staff member in any server (probably cuz I just turned 13 back then lmao). I got it because I literally did an application as carefully as I could. In the end, it was very long (I don't know how could I do something like that while I was only 13 years old and not the best at writing long things...) I was super active for like half a year but then my motivation wore off and I started being inactive and eventually I was removed after some months of inactivity. Now I have been active on Minecraft again for months and I really hope that I get to be a helper or something on a server. I am afraid that I will not achieve that again though since my English skills are still not perfect (-> can't be a helper on English-speaking servers) and almost all Finnish Minecraft servers are dying... (by the way, what is that symbol on the back of everyone's chestplates? It looks like the Japanese/Chinese symbol 天 xd)
