I decided to go vegetarian for a week to see what it was like. That was six months ago. I haven’t eat meat since.

I became vegetarian since 2017 I'm 18 and really don't miss that shit,☺ I'm the only one who don't eat meat at my house, some people bully me but I don't care at all, cuz I know because I stopped and they don't know what actually they're eating😊

I had the same thing where I just switched over night, omnivore to vegan. It so weird how strong things smell when you haven't eaten it. I feel sick now if I get a strong wave of a meat smell or a strong cheese, and I was addicted to cheese! Does anyone else get that, now they don't eat it, their stomach rolls when you smell it? xx

*Hey girl* , to make your uterus less rude during period, I highly recommend ditching dairy from your diet as well. There is 300 times more (natural) hormones in cow's milk than human milk, so it messes up our own hormone system and causes countless health problems and even diseases. When I switched from dairy to plant-based alternatives, my menstrual cramps were gone 99%, I hardly feel anything anymore. My skin cleared up as well, and I rarely have headaches, seasonal flus and many other problems I used to have.

I am SO PROUD of you!!! You’re absolutely right, if we don’t need it for survival, then why do we keep on choosing what harms animals and the planet? Most of us claim to love animals, and we don’t want them to be hurt, we love our dogs, we love our cats, it’s just we’re so disconnected from the animals we eat, because they literally feel just like the pets we love and consider family, we just need to make the compassion circle less exclusive and rather more inclusive of others. Not to mention that there are PLENTY of alternatives now. Beyond meat, impossible burger, gardein, those are just some examples of amazing companies that sell ridiculous meat substitutes. Great taste, no harm done. Not to mention that dairy and egg alternatives too are abundant that it’s hard to count. Thank you thank you for making this compassionate decision, and I hope we could all align our values with our actions. I think if we started treating the smallest and most vulnerable animals fairly, and believed they are as deserving of life as us no matter what their species is, then stuff like racism, sexism, etc. will be really hard to practice while having that kind of mentality. “Speciesism is the root of all the -isms”. I recommend all to watch “Earthlings” on KZfaq, I guarantee you, you’ll never, ever see animal products the way you see them now. If I could recommend a movie for the whole world to watch, it’d be this.

It's possible that you drinking water has pushed the impurities out and onto your skin, causing a pimple. When I started drinking 3L of water per day, my skin was chill, then all heck broke loose, and now it's fine again. Hope your doggy is okay!

My dog didnt have some hair on back of her ears and i already prepeard myself for the fact that she has cancer...it ended up as nothing and the hair grew back.
