Visiting Loughborough University for a series of tests ahead of my charity swim in Loch Ness (Scotland) as the scientists from the Performance Institute explain why I need to begin a 8kg/18lbs BULK OVER 21 DAYS and work on my pacing strategy to become fatter and slower.
