lol you're supposed to adjust the height of the strut, set your spring height then adjust the strut to give yourself preload. There's no way broadway static struts are too tall

What up Mike, hope I'm not too late, but I'm having coil overs installed as I type this. Hopefully someone has already pointed out what I'm about to tell you. But your strut should be able to be adjusted as well. that ring on the strut should be able to move just as the one on the spring. The ring on the strut also looks as if its missing the locking ring as well. I didn't even finish watching the video when I saw that, I figured it was more important to type this comment. By the way my whip is an 07 E92 coupe (328i), didn't what to deal with the turbos :)… I'm also 2 cities south of you so I know that intersection your speaking of :)...

You can easily fix this by adding a spring spagcer, it's made out of some kind of rubber that will compensate the gap you have

space the wheels so the rim pokes out past the fender a 1/4 inch. Then roll the fenders so there is no rub. Rais it to where the fender touches the tire but not tucks. That would be hella clean.

Yeah, perfect result. Downpipes and exhaust are next, to add performance, but you can't drive tha car more than 10 mph with it that low.

Did you find a solution for the rear? I've had two sets of Broadway Statics and the rear shocks could be adjusted much lower than yours are. Are you sure they are all the way down? The rear shocks should be adjusted with a preload on the springs as well. Just like the front struts are. BTW, cool videos. Thumbs up

Its all about the ride quality from broadways over bags. Statics a lifestyle. Im hoping they have fixed the rear strut issue since jaze@broadway has a f82 aswell. My 500’s should be in in 2-3weeks from now. Cant wait to be slammed

Hey nice looking car, question do your car have a EDS electrical damper suspension so when you do this any lights or issue come on. I have a M4 I want to lowered with some spring but these shop telling me that I might get light if I do spring. Did you get any or have any issues

Is the strut not adjustable ? it has a safety ring in the bottom to stop the strut from threading lower. just my guess

Kris Abel they do! Just gotta use your brain a little. If i really really wanted i could just get a smaller strut but. Theres sinply fixes to everything. Some people just use a helper spring to keeo compression

Michael Goodwin True, a shorter threaded strut would be the ticket.. I guess I’m just shocked that you are at the max, I had BC’s on my first F30 and they were about that low when I first installed them.
