Hello! My name is Samery, I'm a 4th degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and I am a 6-time US Collegiate National Champion. I train in Sparring, Poomsae (forms), Nunchucks, and Bo Staff. I have watched your videos and love them and want to take up this sport so bad but my age and the fact I’m missing a toe from a accident I had I believe this sport would save my life but keep up the good work on the videos they help me get threw the day

I've been going through depression and it has been so hard lately but I think some of the things you said are making a difference. I haven't trained in a few months but i am planning on starting again in a few weeks. Thanks for the inspiration.

I was shy too when I joined 7 years ago now hard work payed off I’m not shy no more I’m so open and I’ll talk now and greet people. I’m 12 right now and hopefully I can get my own school teach and help people get better.

I love your videos and your conditioning workouts helped me to win nationals. I hope to compete at the Olympics one day. Also your videos have helped me to stay on track, because there has been times I have felt like not training and giving up but you are an amazing inspiration.

I come from a dance background but after nine and a half years from professional training I realized that the environment I was in was extremely toxic and I had absolutely zero confidence because of it. So I stumbled upon taekwondo and it was the best choice of my life . After only one year training I am a regional champion and a lower ranking instructor for the younger kids . I will also be tying on my decided first degree black belt in about ten months next Saturday. So I guess the purpose of this long winded comment is to say that I train for confidence.

I feel very identify with this video. I’m a Puerto Rico national team, national champ and PanAmerican bronces medalist and I will never change all what a get from this sport for a medal or a title. Friends, experience, knowledge, cultures, great moments, character and more of bunch of stuff that no one can take away for me. Congrats Samery !! You’re a great person and also a excelente athlete. Thank you so much you gave me some great advice I just started karate going to get a yellow belt but I love it and I also put my daughter and my son karate my daughter is very shy like you were I hope she out grows it and be more confident as she goes through the karate classes.
