Thanks for sharing .It was helpful hearing your experience. Which place do you belong..do you say the work is very different here than our home country..so band 3 hca don't take tpr or assist investigation procedures or any such procedures??

Mam i am having government job in INDIA where we don’t do cleaning of the patients only HA, SA, and relatives are doing this job. We have lots of breaks here and fixed salaries. I done my processing for NHS just to explore the world. So is it right decision to come over there as a nurse or it is better to stay in india.
