● Evaporated milk or any liquid milk
( 1 can ,370ml )
● Cornstarch ( 3tbsps )
● All Purpose cream or Heavy cream ( 250ml )
● Butter or Margarine ( 75gms )
● Salt ( 1/4 tsp )
● Condensed milk ( 1/2cup )
● Grated Cheese ( for toppings )
