SR20DETT is your best bet. V8 will be too nose heavy. Brakes, suspension will have to be upgraded if the chassis can handle the torque.

Muscle means wide tires and lots of HP and no crazy body kit, just mild chin spoiler and simple side skirts nice carbon-fiber rear trunk spoiler, not a big wing or crazy front spoiler, some times simple is even better. 🙂 Have A Nice Day !!!

Ivan, use a razor blade and remove those rear window stickers! Go with a "clean" look. Keep it simple, don't add back all that extra trim etc., lighter is better, plus with the V8!

You should probably do a rings, valves and timing chin job on the engine if you're planning to go high pressure intake.

Great video Ivan. Your car is about the size of a Chevrolet Vega but you need a strong gearbox and rear end. I think a drivetrain from a big-block Chevrolet, would be right. Maybe a Chevrolet Camaro drivetrain might work.

You're going to need to put a support bar that goes from the top of the shock column over to the other shock column it's a bar that comes up and over and bolts to each side that keeps that heavy motor from bowing the front end down

You most likely will have to raise the suspension due to the extra weight, otherwise the front wheels will rub on the wheel well/body. I hope all the modifications go smooth.

Might have to strengthen the body on the vehicle with the v8 conversion.

LPG is hard on valves and cylinder walls, so if you were to buy an engine that previously ran on LPG it would have to be stripped down and checked for cylinder bore wear and whether or not hardened valves were used.

It's a very cool project you've undertaken. But don't underestimate the amount of work involved. I know a little bit of these type og conversions, and I can tell you, this is not a weekend engine swap. All sorts problems may arrive. Is there enough room for the main brake cylinder and booster? Probably not, and then you have a job to do modifying the braking system. Is the transmission tunnel big enough to take the UZ gearbox? If not you have a huge job to do there. Pluss custom engine mounts and transmission mount. Custom propeller shaft. The rear axle is probably not going to handle the power from a UZ for very long. So a different rear axle is needed. Shortened tubes and driveshafts to fit the with of the car? How to mount it? The stock leaf springs aren't very good. 5 link and coil overs? Big modification. You will probably discover that the stock brakes aren't meant to handle 400 hp, so new disks and calipers up front. Custom brackets, tubing etc. It adds up.

Ivan when you start having visa problems in Thailand check out Bacalod City Philippines. You can stay there three years at a time with in country tourist extensions. Or Cavite province if you want to be fairly close to Manilla. Plenty of car culture too and a more America influenced country.

Before you put the engine in makes sure you have room for a steering shaft. Also a light car will eat cables and stuff.

I was into airsoft. Had a Tokyo Marui MP7 and P90.

Ivan its going to take a lot longer to do the V8 and trans install than you think, maybe won't be right for a month especially if you need to change the rear axle and driveshaft

U.S. "Airsoft" may cost a little more, but it also makes more noise and much bigger holes in the target . Question: Do you think your little Datsun will be able to stand a torque producing V8 beast without bending and breaking? Perhaps some reinforcement would be a good idea.

Do not put a V8 in that car you will be sorry, I did a swap like that and it was hell, I sold the car and lost a lot of money.

Maybe you could find a Toyota V-8 & do a Mid-engine
