When they put you on that PIP with that impossible goal and you knew you were going to be fired in 90 days,you should have used that 90 days to look for a new job, not work harder for them. When employers want to fire you, they need a paper trail to justify the firing to HR so they use PIP. You might have still been able to sue for unjust firing because they gave you an impossible goal and that would have been easy to prove based on every elses numbers.

When your heart is not in it.. It's not gonna work. Chase your dreams folks. It's a ugly way down but it's a beautiful way up

I can so relate to your employee story in the world of retail banking. It’s a predatory environment but if you’re a people person it makes your better. The customers are worth the journey. It’s who you have as management that makes your life miserable. Racism and cronyism is prevalent. If they want you out, you’re out! 🥂🥂I’m so glad that you have a career.
