I am nearly at deads end due to alcohol yesteday too i drank half a bottle of whisky 😔

@@stevencurry215 it's just 2-3 days I go without drinking and then back again to drinking the urge i get is so tough to wither off hand tremors and heart palpitation is killing me

@@versatilehumanbeing6013 Have you tried a gentle taper off …..cutting down ..I know it’s not the best way but it may help with the withdrawals you are experiencing
