Sir I did B.E Mechatronics and got ME 441 score and XE 545 score. I am not eligible for PSU due to my B. E branch, so only option is Mtech. Sir in Mtech also dept which allow mechatronics is very less. So with my ME gate score can I apply in the depts where a mechanical candidate can apply? Do I need to get equivalent certificate from that IIT, by showing my syllabus if I am selected? Please guide me sir.

Sab IIT ka tag k piche bhagte he bus jabki reality kuch or hi he ...tag Laga Lene k bad kya milta h pta nhi ...last me wohi sab fir general competition ka preparation krte ya fir UPSC krte h..

Best thing u said "don't judge me by my branch", many ppl think that only those who have good branch or good college can explain properly, they say phrases like Tera toh nahi Hua iit Hume kya sikhayega, or to toh khud biotechnology wala hai, it's about experience. U explained ur story very well brother

Sir I got NIT CALICUT energy engineering and management in CCMT round 2&3. But the placement scenario doesn't look good. My story is same as of yours tried 2 years for ESE. Plz tell me should I accept it or go for special rounds?
