Bitature was born in 1989 to Patrick Bitature and Carol Bitature.[5]
She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Management and Education Studies at Keele University from 2010- 2013. In 2014, Bitature then joined the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF) for Emerging Leaders Programme which lasted four months[6] and subsequently obtained a Master’s in Social Entrepreneurship at Hult International Business School (from 2015 - 2016).
Bitature worked as a Chief Business Development Officer at Tateru Properties, an intern in Investment Banking at Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited, Uganda, and as a Business Development Associate Chapter Ten, Uganda.
Bitature, Keisuke Kubota and Manon Lavaud co-founded Musana Carts in San Francisco (Musana means 'Sunlight' in her native language, Runyakitara).[7] The company provides street vendors with solar-powered carts.[5][8][9] The main market is Ugandan street food traders, who are about 80% women according to Bitature.[10][11] The street carts are equipped with a battery backup and light, so they can be used at night. Musana Carts has a relationship with Kampala Capital City Authority and all carts are pre-registered to legally operate within the city.[10][8] The company offers microfinancing services for those who cannot afford to buy a cart outright, as well as training on food processing and safety.[8][12] Each carts costs about $400.[13]
Nataliey Bitature is the Chief of Staff of Protea Hotel Naguru, Skyz.[14]
Nataliey also co-founded two service businesses in Kampala.[15]

I appreciate the information you discussed about generational wealth. Some of us whose parents didn't give us any generational wealth, we're so busy making sure we leave generational wealth to our next 3 generations. Time to break generational curses in our bloodline. No one will do for us what we're unwilling to do for ourselves.

Many "rich kids" get shamed for growing up rich but hey, it's not their fault their parents were hardworking & successful. Building on your parents success to even more success should be the goal. Many Indian families really have this nailed down and we should learn to build for generations. Congrats to her for sticking in there. It's not easy dealing with idiots trying to shame you for the success your family has. But on the flip side "Empathy" on the "rich kids" side also goes a long way and unfortunately most choose arrogance instead. So good for her having a balanced hea shoulders. Now get yourself Married if you're not yet. Use your Dad's network of rich friends to find that dude. I'm dropping gems I don't care what you say 😏

I like that she's having a good head on her shoulders. I didn't have rich parents but I see rich kids so entitled esp those whose parents have political wealth. They think nothing, innovate nothing all they care about is being parasitic on the state. You don't see them giving back. You can be sure two generations down they will be nothing. I am glad she's different. That idea of Musana kart is amazing it needs to expand

Africans residing and working in the morthern hemisphere will have to consider relocating to Africa where there are a lot of business opportunities to explore, especially in angphonic areas such as your wonderful homeland Uganda. Those Africans have aquired a tremendous experience working in many fields, from which we can benefit. We need their expertise to develop Africa too. Our politicians and governments must facilitate comebacks and provide them with conducive environments. We need schools and universities hospitals with the latest equipments to help our physicians perform in optimum conditions, we need water and electricity supplied on a 24-hour basis throughout the year, safe roads and railways properly maintained, we need broadband Internet, etc.. Frankly speaking, all of the above can be made available because it is only a matter of volition. That is all!

It saddens me to agree with you but it's very true. The last time I went back, I promised myself that I had to get myself together financially before returning because not much had changed in 10 years that I had been gone. I realized that many people's mindsets got worse which needs to change before we see a better future in Africa.

Oh dear !!, men cant join her ?, I am surprised that a woman with such knowledge, wisdom and understanding of the challenges of life and who by her own admission benefited from her Father's achievements, would then not want to educate, motivate ,inspire and uplift men too, especially in a society when men are the head of the house, so by helping the me , the family benefits too, especially the women in those households. I would like to challenge the Dr to adapt a more equal and fair attitude towards BOTH sexes .

Everybody has their own different experiences. For you England might be ok & to another it isn’t. As someone who has lived in England for a very long time, I find that there are certain things I like about London & some other things I don’t. Everything place has its pros & cons. For me personally if I could I would prefer to live in my own country UG coz that’s where I was the happiest and I would only prefer to come abroad just for occasional visits.

Females such as her are agents from feminist countries trying to push that brainwash garbage ideology in African, and Caribbean Nations. The Men that relocate from develop countries into developing countries tend to adjust to the cultural norms and behaviour, on the other hand these females reject adjusting and come with this same femcult mindset they have in their previous countries. They get a rude awakening when African and Caribbean Men aren't interested in them.
