Hi family members, happy new year, in today's video I share my personal experiences why I left my African church, and some of the things that ache me about African churches these days. Please watch the video with an open mind because I'm not in any way attacking the church, the body of Christ, or Christianity. I will like to also point out that I'm still a Christian and won't change my faith for anything. I just wanted to share my experience and help anyone facing this as well and help them get out. Amen. I have been to SOOO MANY churches, and have experienced abuse as well. All I wanted was acceptance and genuine love, because because I was not loved well when a young girl. they say God is love, so u go to church to seek and find God and love, right? So i thought. In one of the churches, the musician assaulted me when I was younger, but parents told me to keep quiet for ''peace's sake''. Can you imagine?? My last church (3 years ago now) they kicked me out just because I was genuinely seeking and asking questions. They told me that my membership is suspended and I no longer permitted to step foot on their property and said I had satan inside of me. It pained me soooo much... depressed for almost 2 years from the pain these Christian gave to me. I am in a better place now, thank God the Father, but how did you find/make new friendships? because most of the time, when you leave a church, the friends/connections you make there, they leave u behind as well.

When you know God for yourself , God opens your eyes to see all these. But when you want papa to know god for you and tell you who god is, you end in a shrine serving papa and not Almighty God. I pray this video brings deliverance to those that are still victims of religiousity. You spoke all I spoke to my family two weeks ago. Only the truth set free. More Grace to stand on the truth

Flavine, I DEEPLY understand everything you said. Your points are very valid. You see, the problem is lack of knowledge on the side of Christians, I mean biblical knowledge. Most Christians literally live on what they were told by their pastors. While a spiritual leader is important, the word of God is the foundation of every teaching and that knowledge is what is lacking in the body of Christ. I really feel your pain. Literally. The aim is to have an active relationship with Jesus. If that's not achieved, what is the essence of Christianity??

True but these churches don’t give you the opportunity to think for yourself because immediately you do, you see their evil ways and you’re termed not submissive. But true we should all get knowledge and have a personal relationship with God
