Why I left Youtube and why I want to quit

85 DAYS LATER
Today makes it 85 days since my last episode on The DEYON Podcast and 116 days since I made my very first episode.
Between these 116 days, my life has drastically and spontaneously taken a new turn. I can’t tell if for the better or best yet, but I’m vehemently sure; My life has changed and will not be the same again.
This change came with many responsibilities that I’d thought I was prepared for, but from what I’ve experienced in these past 85 days alone, I’ve been forced to step back from all of it. It has compulsed me to embark on a journey with the hope of finding answers.
And now that I think I’ve found the answers, I’m here with a message for everyone who believed in me from the start, those who thought I was built for this, especially as many young people whose heart yearns and burns for a course that’s similar to mine.

One thing I have always struggled with myself is dropping things that overwhelm me. Trying to find a balance with life, spirituality, academics amidst other things and seeing that it's something that even adults face just gives this relief that I am not the only one having issues managing schedules and showing up for people I owe allegiance to. It's a "national cake" and we just have to find a way to approach it. Take breaks to look at the bigger picture. Apply the opportunity cost technique (so to speak) with your activities. Indeed clarity come with time we just have to keep going. Jeez I have gotten so much from just one video.😂 Initially, I doubted if I could sit through a 25 minutes long video but guess what it was totally worth it. Thank you for sharing, sir.✨ PS: You have remarkable 'speaking ability', sir. Speaking for 25 minutes at a go without any jump cut is mind blowing.👏

Awwwww… Thank you Bayo, glad to have you here. There’s really nothing like work-life balance. It’s relative though. For me I believe; you can only choose one and face the consequence of not changing the other. It’s really a scary response to give a young man😂 but you’ll get to understand better as your progress in love especially after school. But trust me when I say; We can attain a balance if we are willing to pray the price the balance requires. Glad to have you here again brother❤
