I really don't care if he admits or not his steroid use, but we all have to agree that Mike O'hearn is a very strong guy.

He really flies those 125 lbs dumdbells , slowly and controled.

Mike is just insanely strong, they're all huge but he just makes it look so easy. Juicing or not that's like top 1% of bodybuilder strength or power-builder as he would put it

The weight Mike uses on flyes impresses me more than the weight used on incline bench for some reason. Don't get me wrong, I could never even dream pressing 455 but to do flyes with 145lb dumbbells...damn!

Yes, great technique on those 145s. Very impressive.

mike o'hearn is maybe the only one who is not ego lifting, who had a perfect form and know what he is doing, some of the other take too much weight and have a bad form for just 3-4 reps, that's why I admire him and that's why he have a perfect body I think :')

Everytime I see a Mike O'Hearn Workout video, I get the hell outta motivated. I don´t why the hate on him? If he does or not use enhancement drugs is none of my business. I just see how dedicated and passionate he´s is of his workouts and that´s what amazes me of him, bysides of having a Goku-Like Strength at an age of 46. Thank you Mike for sharing your videos which helped me a lot from pressing 135 to 315, from deadlifting 225 to 500 and squatting 275 to 405.

Smarty The Pants Yup...I am sitting in the parking lot of EOS right now at 3 am, the day after Thanksgiving because they don't open til 6 am the day after. When you are more dedicated than your gym.
@felixchien16643 жыл бұрын
Research has shown workouts in the evening are more effective than morning workouts. The body is low on everything in the morning. Your body cannot push as hard in the morning than in the evening. I think this super early workout is just an ego thing. "Look at how early i get up to workout! Im so disciplined and hardcore!"
@basicbodybuilding3 жыл бұрын
Felix Chien I disagree, by evening if you are somewhat mentally fatigue, don't forget preworkout because that is keeping you up at night. I feel like morning is the best especially when cutting. You wake up fresh after 8 hours of sleep, then go straight to the gym, then after working out, you do your day business while eating all your macros. Since the gym is your only source of physical activity (assuming you have a desk job etc) all your macros,protien, is going straight to muscle recovery. Then you get ready for bed and that is another source of recovery for your muscles. In addition. By bed time , the caffeine is out of your system and it's alot easier to fall asleep. Plus working out in the morning is good for hard gainers because lifting makes you hungrier, so you have a better chance of eating more calories for the rest of your 10 hours you're awake.

Also, what's your split? Amount of sets in this workout and when will you hit chest again? I've been using something I learned from Stan McQuay. Each bodypart gets 1x a week except you'll add another chest exercise to another workout later in the week. Ie; SHOULDER,TRAP day then *chest and you'll do five sets of INCLINE DB presses that day. That way you are hitting body parts 2x a week. BACK gets its own day but you tag on back for a five set DB Rows to the end of another day. Works miracles. If you want me ask and I'll email you.
