There is still a misconception that "it is just a minimum wage job, you're just flipping burgers, you can do so much better, etc.". But Shake Shack is so much more. It's a family that makes you feel happy to be in and work. Many times I don't even feel I'm working because I feel so proud to be here and work here because of my coworkers, my managers, and how I feel after every shift.
I feel happy, proud and look forward to every shift I have.
