I'm already in love with the little gameplay and progression i've seen. I'm so excited. Also the point of the video was to give info about the game visually and verbally yet people are mad that they talked about their game in a video trying to give as much info about the as possible? might also be that the people complaining just don't know anything about rell seas and didn't even watch the video they're talking about.

I think something that would really make Rell seas stand out is the crew system. being able to give your ship a name and being able to customize ships would add such a nice touch to the game. Crew emblems and a nice crew system would bring a group of new players and could even add an rp side to the game.

I think that they have put out some great ideas and the game looks amazing. There is however things that we can’t judge till we actually play the game. The game has so many things to do and I hope they will be able to balance the value between combat and non combat related things like exploration. Overall really excited for the game but i feel like they took a big risk with all the different mechanics so hopefully it pays off.

The only "problem" i have with rell seas is that, yes you can progress any way you want, but why should I want to spend all my time fishing, woodcuting, cooking when I can spend my time fighting enemies with crazy moves and animation?

I've heard people talk and complain about how even if the progression isn't linear people will find the fastest way to level up as if almost every game linear or not will always have a "fastest" or "easiest" way of progression not matter what.

Another cool thing about RELL Seas is just the attention to detail, from the wind blowing trees, to the ears of Leopard and Wolf's hybrid forms flickering idly, much like an actual animal will. Another cool thing is how some Devil Fruits (not just Zoan types) have forms, from Doku-Doku's Venom Demon and Venom Hydra modes, to Goro-Goro's 200 Million Volt: Amaru mode.

The issue was how the movie was structured thats why probably a lot of information got lost to some people. That was also one of my issues personaly but that doesnt ahve to do anything wtih the game it just was very hard to follow.

1.2:21 suggestion even if u get knocked off the boat by a combo u should have like a mini game where u cling on to the boat it can be short like very short the consequence being that its not hard for the enemy to hit u while u are doing the mini game 2.this is something i am hoping they do cause i like the idea of haki having importance but at the same time i dont want df to be negated i want them to be at a similar plane since most complains are only one having importance and df allows for more update type shiz 3.for conquerors they should give like 3 bars each bar having a conq usage it could be used as a stun but like not that big like it lasts 10 seconds but not the stun but more of the opponent not being able to move unless they can counter it i want it to be similar to infinite void from jujutsu infinite and i want each bar of the 3 to be like a 30-1 min cd per each bar and it only regains it bar after the 3rd bar which will have 10 mins 4.if u want to nerf conquerors in general we could make the adv conq use the same 3 bars and it basically adds onto any of ur moves which also shows particles and like how armor does have importance adv conq can be used to negate so its like doing more dmg but u arent technically and just ignoring the armor but if they want the adv conq to have a completely different bar that is ok 5.fishing rods should be able to used to fish out devil fruit users from drowning 6.making it more easy for df users to fight sea beasts in boats or give them a mechanism cause if i am not wrong geppo is limited or i could be wrong if not than they should make geppo and attacking at same time more applicable 7.black leg with its jambes should buff the speed of geppo 8.future sight is gonna be similar to observation but rather than having it already activated u gotta time it with when the attack hits since its able to dodge ALL KINDS OF ATTACK even if they are aoe,not blockable,not pblockable etc and cant be dodge by normal observation 9.armament should be used to hit logia users ofc and ryuo could give more dmg buff and durability reduction but less than adv conq and more applicable its like lesser op conq with more usage and allows more defense 10.conq clash or adv clash would work similar to jujutsu infinite domain clash currently these are my suggestion if anyone wants to add on i dont mind

For ppl wondering how the talents are gonna work, try out Derelict, that game's leveling system is purely based on the same way the talents seem to work in rell seas, do something and it levels up, if you cook a lot, your cooking skill levels up and you get better quality food for example, fight ppl to increase your strenght stat, increasing your damage and allowing you to wield stronger weapons, etc.

The ship combat, at least the cannons thing, are just like AO (both are clearly inspired by AC, tho). Other than that, I like the fact that AO and Rell Seas tries to make ships and the sea itself more relevant. In most OP games, ships and seas are just a hindrance to force the player to spend move time moving from A to B and generally an annoying chore than a feature while AO has ship combats, sea monsters and fishing and who knows what they're adding?

In games, there is legit nothing to do but kill enemies, explore, adventure, etc. Every game that comes out will have some sort of killing and there’s nothing you can do to avoid it. However, RELL SEAS is different. They are trying to steer away from that ISLAND TO ISLAND, BANDIT TO BANDIT, LEVEL TO LEVEL, FRUIT TO FRUIT, type game play.

What people don’t get is that, the entire gist of the anime is freedom and world building. You can’t get a one piece game with the main plot of your game being a linear progression getting power island after island. Rell Seas is going to be the closest to the anime, a true one piece game.

Combat is the only thing im worried about. So many cinematic moves and big stuns for 1v1s, gonna make getting ganged or crew fights kind of a nightmare. Some attack animations are way too long, enough for 2 more people to land a crap ton of specials and ults during the animation. Sometimes worse graphics for better gameplay is better.

Another reason early access testing for Gold and Silver members is just smart is because if you have spent money to get those roles they can be confident you are comited to the game and will actually test.
