I was so nauseous my whole pregnancy and had PROM and delivered at 31 weeks and 2 days. She was in the NICU for 6 weeks. I feel like I missed out on some of my pregnancy and happy delivery and those early newborn moments.

Where do you live? US? Any resources you recommend on how to take early maternity leave? My job is also physical and my company is asking for doctors approval but I’m afraid he won’t sign me off until 36 weeks, can’t wait that long. Also don’t plan on going back to work either, are you afraid that they will ask you to repay benefits since you’re not returning?
